Before you go
Prepare a punch list: access, utilities, interfaces with neighbours, and hazardous materials assumptions.
After the visit
Send clarifications in the prescribed format before the deadline; do not rely on verbal assurances.
When addenda drop, diff them against your pricing assumptions the same day.
